View - Accounting - Journal
Templates
This window is the starting point for any action you want to perform regarding journal templates: From here you create new templates, edit existing ones or simply import or export existing templates to/from other company databases.
The window opens via View - Accounting - Journal Templates.
Use the toolbar for further administration of the templates:
Click New to create a new journal
template. The wizard that creates new journal templates will open. Read more in Creating/Editing Journal Templates.
Click Duplicate after selecting
the journal template you want copied. This will create a new journal template
in the list. Read more in Duplicating Journal Templates.
Click Import to import a file
containing new journal templates. These could e.g. be journal templates
that you have exported from another company database.

Click Export to save information
on a selection of journal templates in a file. The file can be imported
to another company database later. Read
more in Exporting and Importing Journal Templates.
Group: From the drop-down list in the upper right corner, you can select which Group should be displayed in the list.
You can also change the order of the templates in the list by using the drag & drop functionality.
