How to create a new budget based on actual financial figures

You can create a new budget that is based on actual financial figures.

In order to create a new budget based on actual financial figures, follow the steps below:

1. Click View - Accounting - Budget.
2. Click New.
3. Define the budget settings and click OK.

   

4. The budget wizard will start. Select Get data from actual financial figures and click Next.
5. Select which financial year you want to base your budget figures on.
6. Tick the boxes for whichever figures you would like to import.
7. Define the percentage you wish to adjust these figures by.
8. Click Complete.

You have now created a new budget based on actual financial figures.
