View - Settings - Other settings - Other programs

By using the WinFax program, you can send documents and reports to your contacts straight from Mamut. Winfax must be installed on your machine to allow a fax to be sent straight from Mamut. See the installation guide accompanying the software.

How to specify fax drivers in Mamut

1. Go to View - Settings - Other settings - Other programs and open the Other Settings tab.
2. Enter Printer driver for fax. The driver must be installed beforehand. The driver is usually installed when installing the fax program.

   

3. Click OK.
4. Enter the number To access an outside line, if you have to enter e.g. 0 (zero) to make an outside call.
5. Click OK.

You can now send documents and reports directly to fax.

Note! The fax number must be registered on the contact (s) you wish to fax.
