Editing the Form of Payment

In Form of payment you decide which payment forms are to be available for your webshop. The selection will depend on the delivery methods you selected.

How to edit the Form of payment

Click New to create a new payment form or Edit to edit an existing form of payment.
Select the Form of payment from the drop-down list.
By selecting Credit card, you can specify a Default credit card.
Click the search button to select the Product for Handling charge if the customer is to pay a charge for using the payment options. Costs connected to Form of payment must be registered as a separate product in the Product register before you are able to select them in the Product list.
If you selected Invoice as the Form of Payment, you must also enter Number of credit days and Free delivery month in the respective boxes.
If you wish, you can select the check boxes for Available on the Web and International purchases. This determines whether the payment form will be available for international commerce, and/or in your webshop.
Through the Advanced button you can apply settings for invoice reports, journal type, and if it will be possible to change the due date for orders with selected payment terms.
Tick the Show field for Security Code box if you wish to offer use of a security code when paying by credit card. If you wish to make this a requirement for your customers, you can also select to make it a Required field (for your customers).
Select Show both the form of payment and the Description of conditions if you want both texts to be shown on the website.

The Form of Payment will now become available for selection in your webshop once you have updated your website.
