Settings - Company Settings - Equipment Register

You can customise the Company Settings for the Equipment Register and specify the functionality the company will use. All settings and options you define here will apply to all the users of the Equipment Register in Mamut Online Desktop.

Type of business

Here you are able to select the type of business that suits your company: Business, Sports club, Music organisation or Other type of organisation. Business will be selected by default.

Note! The selection you make here will determine the panels and fields shown on the equipment card.

Field description

Through this panel you are able to customise the name of four User defined fields in the Equipment Card and two User defined fields in the Loan Card. This setting allows you to customise the fields to suite your needs.

You have to activate User defined fields in the User Settings for the Equipment Register and can do so by selecting the check-boxes next to the new field names.
