Variation Matrix, Variation Links

View - Product - Product Register - Variation - Variation Matrix

In the Product register you can click on the Variation matrix button under the Variation tab to open the maintenance window for variations. The window contains an overview of which variation combinations exist, how many are in stock, to customers, from supplies, availability and sales prices. Price information etc. is edited in the Variation tab in the Product Register.

If you have more than one warehouse you can sort information so that it only displays variations from a particular warehouse through the Warehouse drop-down list.

Via the Create variation links and Remove variation links buttons you can create several variation links for the product or remove previously created links.

Note! This window is only available when the main product is linked to at least one variation attribute and if you have not selected Allow duplicate attributes in the Variation settings.

Variations on Sales orders, Quotations and Purchases

By selecting Show variation matrix for main products without duplicate properties under the User Settings for Product - Product List tab, the variation matrix will open giving you a complete overview of available variations, warehouse status and purchase holdings for the different variations, as you register quotations, orders and make purchases.
