How to edit a report so the fields are aligned with the form

View - Settings - Reports - Report/label Editor

If your report data appears incorrectly when printing reports onto ready-made forms, you need to edit the report and try again. The reason for the data not appearing correctly on the form may be differences in printers and printer drivers.

Important! You must change the Report group to Company database Reports in order to print edited reports. Otherwise, the original, unedited report will be printed.

How to move all fields within a report

Go to View - Settings- Reports - Report/label Editor.
Locate the relevant report.
Click Edit. The report opens in edit mode.
Select the menu Edit/Select all. All fields will be highlighted.
Tip! If you only want to move one field, highlight the field by clicking it once with the left mouse button.
Use the arrow keys on your keyboard to move the fields.
Choose File/Save.
Choose File/Close.
Print the report again.

Make sure the report has been printed correctly. You may need to edit the report several times.

How to adjust the fields on an invoice

Click View - Settings - Reports.
Click Report/label Editor.
Locate the relevant report, for instance Interest note - invoice with giro.
Click Edit. The report opens in edit mode.
Place the mouse cursor on the line Page Footer.
Drag the line upwards or downwards according to your needs. If you move the Page footer upwards, the report fields will be moved downwards and vice versa.
Click File - Save.
Click File - Close.
Print the report again.

Make sure the report has been printed correctly. You may need to edit the report several times.

How to define Company database reports as default Report group

Go to View - Settings - User.
Choose the Settings per Module tab.
Click the Reports button.
Define the Default report group as Company database reports.
Click OK.
Confirm the changes you have made to your user profile.

You can now print edited reports.
