User Settings - Project and Time - Time Sheet

Mamut Online provides you with web based access to the information and functionality of Mamut Business Software, along with the services included within Mamut One.

You can customise the Time Sheet work area by defining the user settings. Here you are able to modify your settings to suit your personal preference and specific requirements for performing daily tasks.

Note!The changes that you make in the user settings for time sheet in Mamut Online will not affect the user settings defined in your local installation of Mamut Business Software.

In the user settings for time sheet, you have two main pages: Set details and Set default values. You can switch between them by clicking on the page header buttons with the page name on it.

Set details

The Time sheet settings can be adapted for users who have advanced or simpler needs. The check boxes represent fields displayed as columns on the time sheet page. Select the boxes you wish to display.

Simple: Simplifies the screen and displays only the most commonly used fields.

Normal: Displays standardised fields that are normally used in this functionality

Advanced: Shows all available fields and additional functionality.

Under Others, you can select the Send an e-mail when rejecting a time sheet check box. The user that sent the time sheet for approval, will receive an e-mail to inform that the time sheet has been rejected. Before selecting this option make sure that an e-mail address has been registered on the employees contact card, and the user and employee are linked.

Set default value

If you usually create time sheet lines with the same values in one or more columns, you will be able to save time and avoid repeating routine work by filling them out in advance. Information such as employee, date/time, totals and time codes will automatically be displayed each time you add a new time sheet line.

You can also select where you want the time sheet to transfer to, as well as connect a time sheet to a project and/or department.
