Common telemarketing list

The common telemarketing list allows you to work with multiple employees on one activity list. The activities will automatically be allocated to the employees, in order to prevent multiple employees working on the same activity.

How to get started with the common telemarketing list

  1. Open the common activities list by going to View - Activity - Activity list for Telemarketing - not assigned.
    This opens the list which applies to activities that have not been assigned to an employee.

  2. Select the current date and the Not started status.
  3. Click Update. All contacts to be called will appear in the Activity list.
  4. Click the Next activity button in the toolbar at the top of the screen to assign an activity to yourself. The next available activity will open, and you will automatically be set as Responsible for the activity. The activity will then disappear from this activity list. It is now in the Activity List Telemarketing, which contains individually assigned activities (see below).
  5. When you now call the customer, you will be able to make a quotation, check documents, and take orders etc. directly in the activity card. If you require more information about the contact, you can quickly double-click the contact to open the Contact card from the Contact module automatically.
  6. When the activity/sale has been completed, you can either click on the icon Complete to close the activity and return to the activity list, or you can set the status to Complete. In that case you can click the Next activity icon in the activity card to open the next activity.

The activity list will get smaller and smaller as employees pick and complete the activities.

Tip! Mamut supports outgoing TAPI, i.e. the facility to make a call from a PC via TAPI (Telephone Application Programming Interface). It may be a good idea to invest in a TAPI solution, which will facilitate the process of making calls. You can initiate the call by right-clicking on the contact and selecting Dial out Contact or by clicking the icon in the toolbar.
