The Purchase Order Focus Area on the Desktop

Through the Purchase Order focus area you can ensure that you are always in full control overs your purchasing processes, from Receive/Return to accounts posting.

In the Purchase module, you create a purchase that can be printed and sent to the supplier. The products you sell can be purchased from different suppliers and can be bought at individual prices and in varying currencies.

You will find full support for multiple-languages orders, version number at purchase, display of the supplier's quantity discount as well as functionality for the automatic distribution of freight, automated orders of products below a set order level and partial delivery.

The simple duplication of purchase orders and quick execution of repeating orders are other helpful features. An advanced purchase wizard also offers complete overview over the different available combinations of supplier, product, purchase price and other key information.

The desktop can be customised so that every focus area contains the information and shortcuts that best match your program usage.
