Deleting a user from myMamut


Follow the steps below to delete a user. In order to delete a user, you must first remove the access to all of the services the user has been assigned.

Note that the user will be deleted, but the Mamut ID will not be deleted. This means the user can be invited again to join any company in myMamut.

Note! Only Administrators are able to delete users.

How to delete a user

  1. Click on the user's name in the User list to the left.

  2. On the User information tab, click Delete user from myMamut.

  3. Click OK.

The user has now been deleted from myMamut.
