Creating new activities via the contact card

In the contact card in Mamut Online you are able to view the activities that are linked to a specific contact and create new activities for this contact. This can be done in the same way as in Mamut Business Software.

In addition, you are able to filter the activities for this contact by status, type, date and responsible person. This might be helpful if you have entered a lot of activities for this contact.

How to create a new activity from the contact card

  1. Go to CRM - Contact Management - Contact List.
  2. Click on Go to contact under the Action column, and then click on the Activities section.
  3. Enter relevant information in the fields available at the bottom of the page.
  4. Click Save.

You have now created a new activity from the contact card. To show the full activity card click on Go to activity under the Action column.
