User Settings for Activity Calendar

Mamut Online provides you with web based access to the information and functionality of Mamut Business Software, along with the services included within Mamut One.

You can customise the work area for your user by defining User Settings. Here you are able to modify the settings to suit your personal preference and specific requirements for performing daily tasks.

Note!The changes that you make in the user settings for activity calendar in Mamut Online will not affect the user settings defined in your local installation of Mamut Business Software.

In the user settings for activity calendar, you have two main pages: My calendar and Common calendar. You can switch between them by clicking on the page header buttons with the page name on it.

My calendar

Default calendar view: You can customise the calendar by selecting either daily view, weekly view or monthly view.

Default task list view: Here you can choose to display only open, only closed, or all tasks in your task list when opening your calendar.

Common calendar

On this page, you can select user settings for Default zoom and Default calendar view.

Default zoom: The drop-down list contains the options 50% (displays one work week) and 100% (displays one day).

Select calendar view: Here you are able to select the employees and resources that you would like to be visible within the Common Calendar. The following options are available:
