The Analysis section is where you are able to analyse your company and its market. You can review your company's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT) and define your organisations success factors.
Company development
The Company development section consists of eight main tabs which illustrate the development within different areas of your company. This data will be extracted from your current Mamut Business Software application.
Examining the historic data of your company is a useful tool for analysing how the company is developing and for identifying the challenges it faces. This insight will be valuable for the planning section of the Business Year Planner.
Key figures – These figures are amongst the most important figures for your company. They show your operating revenue, operating costs, operating profits and working capital. However, these figures do not include financial revenue/cost or extraordinary revenue/cost.
Profit per month - This page consists of a graph and a table showing profit for the previous year displayed for all months.
Profit per year – This page consists of a graph and a table showing operating revenue, costs and profit for the previous years. Profits = revenues minus costs.
Most profitable sales person– The salespersons that generated the most sales in the previous 3 years will be displayed on this page. The list shows total sales, total margin and the average margin ratio for each sales person.
Most profitable customer - The customers that generated the most sales in the previous 3 years will be displayed on this page. The list shows total sales, total margin and the average margin ratio for each customer.
Most profitable product – The products that generated the highest revenue in the previous 3 years will be displayed on this page. The list shows total revenue, total margin and the average margin ratio for each product.
Stock value – This page shows the development in the warehouse value for the previous year (stock value at the end of each month).
Accounts receivable – This page shows you the development in accounts receivables for the previous year. Accounts receivable means how much your customers (debtors) owe you at a given time.
