The Status Section

The status section allows you to track the progress of your year plan.

Goal monitoring

Under Status – Goals, you are able to monitor your year plan.

Upcoming actions are displayed in blue, completed actions are green and red actions are overdue. To change the state of an action, click on it. If you want to change the timing of an action, you have to go back to the Timing page under Planning.

Revenue and Cost Forecast

The Revenue and Cost Forecast shows the financial development of your company and compares the actual outcome to the forecast made. It also shows the status of how you are doing with your plan from a financial perspective. The actual outcome of your costs, revenues and profit are compared to the forecast you made earlier.

On this page, the company indicators give you a quick overview of your previous month’s costs, revenues and profits. If you would like to see the exact numbers, there are detailed tables and graphs of the development below.

Company Development

The company development section shows you the actual development of your company year-to-date.

The company development section consists of eight main tabs/screens which illustrate the development within different areas of your company. This data will be extracted from your current Mamut Business Software.

Examining the historic data of your company is a useful tool for analysing how the company is developing and for identifying the challenges it faces. This insight will be valuable for the planning section of the Year Planner.
