How to create a new Customer Subscription

A Customer subscription is an agreement with an individual customer. The subscription is linked to the subscription register. If you wish to invoice a customer based on a subscription, you must link the customer to the subscription in the customer subscription register.

Creating a new customer subscription

  1. Go to View - Sales/Invoicing - Subscription invoicing.

  2. Click on the Customer subscriptions button.

  3. Click on New.

  4. Select the appropriate customer and click OK.

  1. Select the subscription you want to link the customer to from the Subscription drop-down list.

  2. Enter a Status as well if the subscription is to be made active later on and not straight away.

  3. Enter the Start date, if this is to be different from the current day's date, and an End date if this has been agreed already.

  4. Click OK.

The customer subscription has been created.
