Product Register Tab: Warehouse



Warehouse is linked to the Sales management module. The stock will therefore increase/decrease in accordance with purchases and sales. The tab is only available if you have specified that your company keeps products in stock within the company settings.

New: Create a warehouse link in order to sell the product from the warehouse you have selected. You are able to create a product link within the warehouse register in the warehouse module. Read more about the Warehouse Register.

Delete: Deletes the warehouse link.

Go to warehouse: The button opens the warehouse information window.

The only items that can be edited directly within the columns are the Max and Min stock in the warehouse, as well as the Purch. level and No. purchased. This is how you Set preferred stock levels.

Update warehouse: If the product is a stocked item, you should make sure that the Update stock box is ticked.

Default Warehouse: The products default/predefined warehouse.

Tip! The user can select default warehouse for all products in the user settings for product.
