About the integration with Visma AutoInvoice

You can send and receive invoices and credit notes directly from Mamut Business Software with Visma AutoInvoice, our cloud service for conveying and processing of electronic invoices.

Electronic invoice

An electronic invoice is a file with invoice data. The electronic invoice is created in the senders software and can be read directly in the recipient software for handling of incoming invoices. The file itself is not readable to the human eye, so it is usually accompanied by a pdf-file.

Visma AutoInvoice

Visma AutoInvoice is integrated in your Mamut Business Software Service agreement and gives you no extra startup costs. You only pay for the invoices and credit notes you send and receive.

Visma AutoInvoice main features:

Visma AutoInvoice works as an electronic post office that conveys invoices between sender and recipient - an access point. The network for access points is PEPPOL (Pan European Public Procurement Online). The Visma AutoInvoice will automatically give you access to PEPPOL.
Visma AutoInvoice makes sure the file with the electronic invoice has the correct format.
