Reports and analyses

You have access to the following additional reports:

When the sales consultants have completed the activities, you are able to analyze the respective activity. Mamut Enterprise Call Centre contains reports which show an overview of activities, activity statistics, telemarketing per responsible, outstanding telemarketing, telemarketing per contact (customer/lead) and call list per responsible.

How to print a report

  1. Go to View - Activity - Reports.
  2. Click Activity on the left hand side.
  3. Select the report you wish to print (e.g. Telemarketing per responsible).
  4. Click Print.
  5. Set a filter for the report.
    You can for example use the Subject field.
  6. Click OK to print the report.

You can now analyze the report.

Tip! Use the reports in Mamut Enterprise Call Centre to analyse the activities and have optimal control of the sales follow-up. Telemarketing reports enable you to control activities and follow them up based on which contacts are most profitable, which employees have the most time available and so on.
