News in Mamut Business Software: Contact Management

This version fixes some bugs, vulnerability and adds improvements to the Contact Management. For example, Greek and Finnish VAT and IBAN numbers will now be verified that they have been entered correctly.

New Customer Statement report available

A new report is now available from the contact card: Customer Statement - single contact. This report shows an overview of key financial data for that customer. You find this report in View - Contacts - Contact Management - Print. You can choose to e-mail it to the customer directly, or print to PDF.

Integration with Microsoft Outlook®

It is now possible to choose which e-mail account in Outlook to integrate with Mamut Business Software. Go to View - Settings - User and click on the search button next to e-mail. If you have more than one e-mail address registered in Outlook, a window will show you a list of your registered e-mail addresses. You can then select which e-mail address to use for the integration between Mamut Business Software and Outlook. If you only have one e-mail address registered in Outlook, it will be imported automatically when you click the search button.

When you send mass e-mails to your contacts, an individual activity will now be created per customer.
