Printing to Debt Collection

If you select Debt collection in the drop-down list, all invoices that have had a Notice of debt collection printed out and that are due are suggested. In the Payment reminders issued until drop-down list you can adjust the date that is to be the earliest due date. By putting this date further ahead in time, you will see that more invoices become visible and appear in the Potential invoices window.

The parameters for an invoice being suggested for debt collection can be set through the accounting settings. These are parameters that you can also adjust for each individual contact, or for an individual customer and supplier ledger item.
