Creating a User Profile

This is a part of the First Time Startup.

The first user to install the system automatically becomes the Super User. This user will then have access to all modules and system functions. The Super User can later create new users via View - Settings - Security - User Administration.

Note! Remember to make a note your user name and password.

Full name: Enter your name. This will be used, amongst other things, for linking the user to the Employee Register.

User name: This is the name you will use to log on next time you use the system.

Password: All users who log on must for security reasons enter a password. If several people use the computer, you can ensure that no-one else gains access to the same modules to which you have access.

Confirm password: As you cannot see what you have written in the password field, you have to enter it one more time. This is a way of ensuring that you have written what you think you have written.

Note! Do not use blank spaces or periods in your user name or password.
