The Skype calls window opens when a Skype call is active. The window shows a call list with answered and cancelled/hung up calls and also a button for opening the caller's contact card as long as the number/name is registered in Mamut Business Software.
Note! The call list is reset when you
close the program or change to a different company database.
Answer/Open:
Clicking on this icon in the window answers the phone. If the name or
number of the incoming caller is registered for a contact in Mamut Business
Software, the respective contact card will open.
Open:
Clicking on the icon in the window will open the caller's contact card
but will not answer the call.
Cancel/Hang up:
Clicking on this icon in the window will end the call.
