Stock transactions gives you continuous overview of all transactions going through the warehouse, per product. This applies to the transfer of products between different warehouses, and by sales and purchasing in the Sales/Invoicing and Purchasing modules. For transactions of the latter you have direct access by using the Go to Order button.
It is also possible to manually register changes in and out of the warehouses in this module. Remember that such transactions are not automatically updated in the ledgers. Any claims resulting from this must be entered manually.
Note that there is also a field for "Associated transactions", which link the in and out transactions according to the FIFO or LIFO principle.
