Reports are immediately available when respondents enter their responses; therefore you are able to follow any development directly after the responses are completed. All surveys have two predefined reports; Summary report and Comments report, both are created automatically when a survey is published.
View Single Responses
When
you click on the link Single responses,
you will be able to view a list of all of the responses from the survey.
From this list you will find a link to each individual response, (click on the respondent id), a column for opening and sending the link to the survey to multiple recipients, and a box that you are able to mark in order to delete the response. In order to reopen the link to the survey, each respondent must have a valid e-mail address. Some e-mail addresses are already completed. This is because the respondent has been invited to participate in the survey via an e-mail invitation. The two buttons at the bottom of the list will respectively reopen and resend or delete the chosen respondents.
Note! In order to use the reopen/resend
function, the logged in user must be registered with both username and
e-mail. Furthermore, the language within the e-mail will be based on the
logged in users chosen language.
Reports
Two reports are automatically generated when a survey is created. The
Summary report and the Comments report. These can be found by selecting
Reports from the survey administration
screen.
Delete Incomplete Responses
To
delete all incomplete responses to the survey, you are able to select
Delete incomplete responses. These
are deleted from the database and cannot be recovered. It will not be
possible for respondents to take part in completing the survey when this
is taking place as it locks the survey temporarily.
Delete Responses
All
responses for the applicable survey can be deleted by selecting Delete responses. These
are then deleted from the database and cannot be recovered. It will not be possible for respondents
to take part in completing the survey when this is taking place as it
locks the survey temporarily. If you wish to change the questions within
the survey, you must first delete the responses, if there are any. Another
alternative is to save a copy of the survey where you are able to make
the changes. Subsequently, you can then publish this instead.
