By using the drop down lists, you can filter the list to display only active and/or inactive contacts. This only refers to the contact list, not the contact person list.
.You can choose to display the contact
list automatically when you open the contact management module in the
user settings for contacts. You can also define which columns to display
and how the list should be sorted. In addition, you can define a default
selection of contacts which will be displayed when you open the list.
