Properties Register - Time Code Register
In the Time code register you can link time codes to products to simplify the registration of time sheet lines.
If you want to create a Time code for a specific project, complete the information in the time code register in the properties register before you create a Time code per project.
Note! In order to define a Time code per project for a time code, the time code must first be linked to a product. You can link time codes to products in the Time Code Register.
How to create a time code
Open the Properties register from View - Settings - Company - Properties register.
Highlight Time Code Register and click Edit.
Click New to register a new time code or select the time code you wish to use as a default and click Edit.
Enter a description of the time code in the Time code field.
From the Hour/ Other, select the best alternative that describes the type of time code.
Click the search button next to Product no. and select the product that is linked to the time code in the screen that opens.
The default information you have registered
for the time code will apply for new time sheets you create. Should you
wish to enter default information for each new project, continue to Time code per project.
The product you link to the time code is picked up from the Product register. The price registered in the Price calculator follows the product. You can see this price in the Inactive Product no. field.
