Introduction Manuals


The introductory books accompanying the program are intended as a brief introduction to the full potential of Mamut. All of our customers receive the 'Installation, Settings Reports and Query' book. Depending on which Mamut system you have bought, you will also receive one or both of the introductory books 'Complete CRM, Sales Management and Web Solutions' and 'Financials, Logistics and Human Resources'.

If you would like an up-to-date edition of the introduction manuals, you can order them at Mamut.

The explanations provided in the manuals may contain functionality that is only found in more extensive versions of Mamut Business Software than the one you may be running. "Installation Settings, Reports and Query"

This is the basic introduction manual. It contains descriptions of how to install the program, how to customise the program for each user and how to make the most important settings. In addition, it also covers report editing and the use of the filter in more detail.

"Financials, Logistics and Human Resources"

Journal Entry, easy-to-navigate Financials, a functional Customer & Supplier Ledger and remittance functionality that secures your credit rating with your suppliers help you to achieve a complete overview over your business' financial situation.

The manual explains how you keep in control of your warehoused stock and logistics and it guides you through your necessary purchases. In addition, the manual also contains functionality descriptions for the Employee Register.

Here, you can also find out how the Time Sheet Input module ensures that all hours worked are registered correctly and that consultant hours as well as other services are invoiced to your customers correctly.

"Complete CRM, Sales Management and Web Solutions"

This manual explains the structure of the Contact Register, how the program works as a project management tool and gives an introduction to how you can control and keep track of your activities and documents.

The modules that help you to set up a well-laid-out product register, create quotations, orders and invoices are also discussed here. Last but not least, you will also be able to read about how to set up your own homepage and web shop.

In addition to all this, you can read more about to upload and synchronise information with a Pocket PC, so you can take information from the program with you everywhere.
