Sub-menus within the main menu

The sub-menus that can be accessed from the main menu in Mamut ServiceSuite are described below in more detail.

Planning

The Planning drop-down bar opens the modules that relate to the creation and processing of events. Within the Planning drop-down bar you will find: Calendar, Gantt chart, Overview, Appointments and Archive. Two additional drop-down bars with functions relating to Planning will also be available: the Ledgers drop-down bar and the Settings drop-down bar.

When you click on Calendar, the day's appointments will be displayed and from here you are able to add and edit the day's schedule along with adjusting the view to suit your needs. You are also able to create note appointments that are not shown in the different calendar views; but instead can be viewed at the bottom of the screen when the Show note appointments button has been selected. When you create an appointment you can select This is an appointment note under the Fixed appointment field. Note appointments therefore function as unconfirmed appointments that can be edited and completed when required. Thus solving the problem of having to move appointments that are not fully planned further in time each week.

The Appointments module allows you to create and manage all your appointments. Here you are also able to copy appointments and create repeat appointments along with archiving and printing appointments. The recurrence pattern for repeat appointments can be defined to repeat daily, weekly or monthly. In addition you are able to preview the dates the appointment is set to be repeated by clicking the Show link within the Repeat appointment window.

You are able to print appointment lists for several employees at the same time as well as limit the print selection via parameters such as Booked/Unconfirmed, Type and Status of the appointment. Therefore, it is easy to print appointments that are not yet completed. In addition, you can also sort the appointments after selected fields. Furthermore, the Note Appointments can also be printed using the same parameters to define the selection.

Tip! It is important to define the planning settings. To do so, click on the settings icon to the far right of the main menu. Define the desired settings within the various tabs, Workweek, Colours, Settings, Appointments and Warnings. Here you are able to define the working hours, set the appointment colour scheme, define what is displayed within the appointments and set warnings to be displayed, for example, when an appointment is created with no employee assigned etc.
