In order to adjust the settings to what is preferable, click Settings from the main menu and then select the area within Mamut ServiceSuite that you wish to adjust.
How to Adjust the Planning Settings
To adjust the Planning settings, click Edit.
Select either the Yes or No radio buttons to define if you would like to Show unassigned appointments, Show old appointments, not completed; along with whether you want to Show only my appointments.
If you wish to only view your own appointments, tick the box to the left of your name.
You can also select how many days to come you want the agreements to be visible for and the maximum of appointments shown.
When finished, click Save settings.
You can go back to the main menu by clicking the green arrow.
You have now adjusted the Planning
settings.
How to Adjust the Customers Settings
To edit the Customer settings, click Edit.
From the drop-down list, select how many customers you wish to be visible each time you are using the search field.
Then, click Save Settings.
You can go back to the main menu by clicking the green arrow.
You have now adjusted the Customer
settings.
How to Adjust the Products Settings
To choose the limit of how many products you wish to be visible when searching, click Edit beside Products.
Then select the maximum number from the drop-down menu for When searching show max:
Then click Save Settings.

You have now adjusted the Product
settings.
Show in Appointment List
Finally, you are able to edit what is to be shown in the appointment list. From the main menu click Settings and then Edit beside Show in appointment list. Then, tick all the fields you wish to be visible when viewing the appointments and click Save settings.
