Working with reports


Three reports are available within the Equipment Register and they can help you to keep track of your equipment. You can choose whether you wish to print them or save them locally as an Excel spreadsheet.

The following reports are available:

Repertoire List: This list is only available if your type of business is a music organisation. Within this list you can find all of the pieces of equipment, where you have checked the Should be part of the repertoire check-box. Note that this is not a default field, you have to activate it manually via the user settings for the Equipment Register. Read more about the user settings here.

Equipment list: This list gives you an overview of all of your equipment.

On loan list: Here you can find a complete list of all equipment that is on loan.

How to export a report to Microsoft Excel

  1. From the Equipment Register work area click on Reports.

  2. Select one of the three reports available.

  3. Click on Export to Excel.
    In the File Download window that appears select Open or Save to view the file. The information will then be displayed as a spreadsheet.

  4. To save this spreadsheet, select File - Save As menu option and save the file, with an XLS extension, in the appropriate place on your computer.

  The selected report has now been downloaded to Microsoft Excel and saved locally.

How to print a report

  1. From the Equipment Register work area click on Reports.

  2. Select one of the three reports available.

  3. Click on Print.

  4. You will get a preview of the report and, on the upper right hand corner you can choose whether you wish to go Back to normal view or Print the report.

  5. Click Print in order to print the report.

  The selected report has now been printed.
