About CRM Work Area

CRM, or Customer Relationship Management, helps you manage every aspect of the customer relationship process, including an online overview of activities, reports, and documents concerning your company.

On the CRM home page you can see key sales figures, as well as your activities. By default, it shows sales figures on your ten largest customers, for the last 30 days. You can switch from the default 30 days, to today’s figures, the last year figures, or an overall view of the ten largest customers. You have the same options when switching to suppliers. On the right hand side of the CRM home page your daily activities are shown for today, and seven days forward.

The CRM work area includes:

Contact Management

In contact management you can easily create, find, edit, and organize new and existing contacts and contact persons, along with the activities associated to them such as follow-up sales activities. Contact management contains four sections:
