View - Settings - Reports - Add logo to order printouts
By using the wizard to insert a logo onto printouts, you can easily insert a logo or even remove information that is already in the report for a selection of default documents for quotation, order and invoice printouts.
Tip! To achieve the best possible result, it is important that the size of your logo does not exceed 120 x 70 pixels. You can use a picture editing program to change the size of the logo.
How to insert a logo
Go to View - Settings - Reports - Add logo to order printouts.
Enter the Path to image file or click [...] to browse through to the file.
Click Next.
Select which report(s) the logo is to be inserted in by selecting the reports from the Not to be processed field and by clicking [->]. To select all reports, click [->>]. The reports will move over to the To be processed field.
Click Next.
Select where the logo is to be displayed on the report. If necessary select which fields are to be removed from the report. Mark the required selections in the checkboxes.
Click Next.
A summary of the reports were the logo will be inserted is now displayed. This will also let you know whether there have been any Space conflicts with existing content. If there are space conflicts, or if you have removed fields, it is recommended that you Edit the various reports, since there may often be intermediate space between the report fields. The reason for Space conflicts arising is that the logo has been positioned on top of other fields in the report. To edit the report:
Select the report you want to edit.
Click Edit.
Move the logo or the fields that are in the wrong position.
Save and close the window.
Check that there is no longer a Space conflict on the report itself. If a Space conflict is still indicated on the line belonging to the report in question, you should edit it again until the space conflict is removed.
Click Complete.
The logo will now be shown on the most common printouts of quotations, orders and invoices.
You can use the Report/Label Editor to change the remaining reports.
