About the Mobile Scanner app

Visma Mobile Scanner is an app to your smartphone. Use it to take pictures of your receipts or invoices, save and send them digitally to Mamut Business Software. By using the app, you reduce the risk of forgetting receipts. The accounts department or your accounting office receives the document in a second and can book it directly in the system.

The app is supposed mo make your daily work easier. However you need to fulfill the legal requirements. Therefore it is necessary that you also save the original receipt/invoice.

By linking your documents to your journals, you do not need to search for invoices and receipts in binders if you for example want to verify a posting.
