Visma Mobile Scanner integration

You can link images of receipts and invoices uploaded from the Visma Mobile Scanner app to your journal entries. If you have added any comments to your image within the app these will also be displayed.

In addition, you can also link other local files and pictures to journals.

Note that the journals must be saved before you can link a file/image.

Linking files

With the Attachments icon in the Journal Entry you are able to link documents to your journals. If you have uploaded images from the Visma Mobile Scanner app, they will show up here.

You can also link other local files by clicking Link local . In the drop down list on the right hand of the panel, you can choose to Show all, Show unlinked or Show linkedattachments.

Your uploaded image will have a yellow border, which means that it is not yet linked to the journal. To link an attachment you select the checkbox within the image and then click the green Plus button.

To unlink an attachment, you simply select the checkbox and then click the yellow Minus button.

There is also a possibility to save your image locally on your PC by clicking the Save button. If you would like to delete your image, click on the Delete button. Remember that this will delete the file permanently.

If your uploaded image from Visma Mobile Scanner does not show up in the Attachments panel, you might have to click the Refresh button to update the panel.

Adding notes

In the Notes panel you are able to add notes and comments to your journals. Just write a note in the field. If you have added a comment in the Visma Mobile Scanner app, this will appear here as well after you have uploaded your image and linked it. Once you have added your note, save your journal in the usual way.
