Contact List

The Contact List gives an overview of the registered contacts.

.New. Create a new contact. Applies to the contact list only, not the contact person list.

.Edit. Edit a contact.

.Print. Prints the list selection.

By using the drop-down lists, you can filter the list to display only active and/or inactive contacts. This only refers to the contact list, not the contact person list.

In the drop-down list Number of rows you can define how many contacts will be displayed in the list. The program remembers your choice the next time you open the contact list. Please note that the drop-down list is only available if you have more than 500 contacts.

.You can choose to display the contact list automatically when you open the contact management module in the user settings for contacts. You can also define which columns to display and how the list should be sorted. In addition, you can define a default selection of contacts which will be displayed when you open the list.
