The Buttons in the Toolbar

There are five buttons in the toolbar at the top of the Filter window:

New: Removes all previously registered information. The fields are empty and ready for you to enter new filter criteria.

Open the saved selection: Opens a previously saved selection.

Open last used selection: Each time you close Selections, the contents are saved even if you do not click the Save button. It is only the last selection that is saved automatically - if you wish to save more selections you must do so actively.

Note! If you open a selection in another module than the one in which it was created, only the criteria available in both modules will be included.

Save .Save as new: If you have edited an existing selection, you can also select.

Display selection: Shows the contacts that fit the filter criteria.

Please also notice the Filter Off/On button in the module for which you set the filter. Click Filter Off/On to activate/deactivate the filter.
