How to create a new Customer Subscription
View - Sales/Invoicing - Subscription Invoicing
A Customer subscription is an agreement with an individual customer. The subscription is linked to the subscription register. If you wish to invoice a customer based on a subscription, you must link the customer to the subscription in the customer subscription register.
Creating a new customer subscription
- Go to View - Sales/Invoicing - Subscription invoicing.
- Click on the Customer subscriptions button.
- Click on New.
- Select the appropriate customer and click OK.
- Select the subscription you want to link the customer to, from the Subscription drop-down list.
- Enter a Status as well if the subscription is to be made active at a later time and not straight away.
- Enter the Start date, if this is to be different from the current day's date, and an End date if this has been agreed already.
- Click OK.
The customer subscription has been created.
