User Access Roles in myMamut

Your access to the functionality within myMamut is dependant on the user access role you have been assigned. All users must log in using their personal Mamut ID. The following roles are available in myMamut:

Administrator

The Administrator is typically the person who has purchased a Mamut product or service, or alternatively is the main point of contact for the company that has purchased a product or service from Mamut.

As the administrator you can access and manage your Mamut products/services and licences, pay invoices, add myMamut users, grant/remove access to your services to other users, edit language settings, manage your Mamut ID, edit your contact information, and access the Mamut Support Centre.

Note! An administrator of a certain product/service, will not automatically be registered as a user of that product/service. You must add yourself as a user manually.

Secondary Administrator

As administrator, you are able to appoint one Secondary Administrator who will have the similar administrative rights as the administrator. The only difference with the administrator is that the secondary administrator will not be able to access the Invoices view nor the Users view. The secondary administrator can be assigned to a domain and he/she will be able to administrate all the products related to that domain. The administrative rights can be assigned or removed at any moment by the administrator. Read more about how to appoint a secondary administrator here and about how to remove the administrative rights here.

User

A user is granted access to the functionality in myMamut by the Administrator. The user can access product information, edit language settings, contact information and the Mamut ID password as well as register queries for the Mamut Support Centre.

Combined Roles

Each Administrator and/or User can have more than one role in myMamut.

As mentioned above, an administrator for a certain product/service, will not automatically have a user role for that same product/service. This means that you can be an administrator for one product/service or company and at the same time be registered as a user or administrator for other services or companies. All product/service to which you are linked, either as an administrator or as a user, will be available in myMamut, with the respective access rights, under one Mamut ID.
