Removing the administrative rights to a secondary administrator


Follow the steps below to remove administrative rights from a secondary administrator. You are able to assign access back at any time. Read more here.

Note! Only Administrators are able to remove administrative rights to a secondary administrator.

How to remove access to services

  1. Click on the user's name in the User list to the left.

  2. In the Edit administrative rights tab, under Services that already have a secondary administrator, click on Remove from (username).

  3. Click OK.

The user's administrative rights has now been removed. An e-mail will be sent to inform that user.
