Registering a support case

You can only register support cases for your myMamut products.

How to register a case with Mamut Support Centre

  1. In the Support view, click Request.

  2. Click Create new. If you are the administrator/user of several customers/companies, you must first select the customer you are representing before you can access the My Request list.

  3. Select the appropriate product Category from the drop-down menu.

  4. Choose which Type of request you wish to register.

  5. Enter a Subject and Description of your query in the respective fields.

  6. From the Owner drop-down menu, select which user will be responsible for the request. The request will be displayed in the Case list of the selected user. Click Next.
    Note!
The drop-down list will only be displayed if you are registered as an administrator and have registered other users of the company.

  7. Select the check box I need to upload documents to the case if it necessary and click Next.

  8. Click Add files if you wish to upload one or more files to the request. This will open Windows Explorer, where you can browse directly to the file. Select the file and click Open to upload it to the request. You can click Clear list if you want to clear the list and start the upload process again.
Click Next when all files have been added or if you don't want to add files at all.

  9. In the summary window, check the box Include information below to include technical information about your computer in the support case. Click Send.

Your request and database files have now been sent to the Mamut Support Centre.

The case status found in the Case list will change once you have received a reply from the Mamut Support Centre. Please note that you can, at any time, add additional information and attach files to a support case by opening the case from the Case list and then clicking Add information.

Once the case is closed by Mamut Support Centre, and you view the case, you will be asked whether your question has been answered. If not, you will have the possibility to give feedback and reopen the case. Mamut Support Centre will contact you with the requested information.
