The Support view provides you with different possibilities of user assistance.
Through Requests you are able to register questions, errors and suggestions for improvement. Here you will also find a list of all the requests you have registered, My Request.

Through the Inbox you will receive important information regarding your products and services, such as planned maintenance or available updates. If you have new messages, a notification box will be displayed when logging into myMamut. You are able to open the messages directly from the notification box.
Click Send to send the message
to the e-mail address you registered as your Mamut ID.
