Support Requests


Through Support Requests you have the opportunity to register questions, errors and suggestions for improvements.

If you are the administrator/user of several customers/companies, you must first select which customer you are representing before you can enter the support area.

My Requests

The My Requests tab lists all registered support cases with complete information about product, creator and status. Click the case number in order to open a detailed overview of the case.

By clicking Add information in the detailed view, you can add additional information to the case.

New Request

Click New request to register a request, an error or a suggestion for improvement in three simple steps. Read more here.
