Information in order to view information regarding the Hosted Exchange accounts
and storage space. The information includes your total number of e-mail
accounts and number of available e-mail accounts, as well as total and
remaining storage space for the e-mail accounts.

SharePoint for your domain,
this screen also shows the product information for SharePoint.

In this window, you can see the amount of POP and Business Mail accounts included in your contract and how many are available.
The Total quota shows the total quota included in your contract. Also, you can view the amount of quota which has been assigned to accounts, and how much quota has not yet been assigned to accounts.
In order to change the quota for a specific e-mail account, go into Account Administration within the Hosted Exchange Administration screen. Here you can edit any e-mail account and assign the quota. Read more about creating new e-mail accounts and editing existing e-mail accounts here.
