By clicking on Update DNS Settings, you are able to automatically update your domain's zone file with the domain record settings as they were originally delivered. A zone file is a text file containing information about the different Internet services of your domain name. The zone file contains a list of DNS records that specify, for example, the domain name's name server or the mail server information.
You are able to change the records for Hosted Exchange under the MX panel in the DNS administration screen. If you have made any changes in the MX records (mail server), and you wish to revert back to the original mail servers hosted by us, you are able to do so by clicking Update DNS Settings.
Note! This action overwrites all the existing records for Hosted Exchange within your zone file. Eventual changes will be lost.
