The Linux Web ServerHostname Administration screen
allows you to add and remove hostnames for your domain. When you add or
remove hostnames, the zone
file of your domain is updated.
By default, there is one hostname registered, and that is the one you introduced in the activation wizard.
How to register a new host
Click Products in the top menu.
Select the domain through the radio buttons, in case you have more than one.
Click Linux Web Server and then Hostname Administration.
In the Host field, add a hostname.
Click Add in order to add the hostname record to your zone file.
The host has now been registered.
Tip! You can
also Remove an existing hostname
by clicking the respective links in the Actions
column. If you want to Edit a
hostname, you need to do so through the screen DNS
administration within domain administration.
