Account Administration


Through the Account Administration screen you are able administrate all your user accounts. This means you are able to manage the access to SharePoint, create new SharePoint accounts as well as edit or remove existing ones.

Note! If you have purchased and activated Hosted Exchange for this domain, you are also able to administrate your e-mail accounts from this screen.

How to create a new SharePoint account

  1. Click Products in the top menu.

  2. Select the domain through the radio buttons, in case you have more than one.

  3. Click on SharePoint to open the administration screen. Click Account Administration.

  4. Click Activate new account to create a new SharePoint account.

  5. Select whether the user is an existing or new myMamut user.

    If you select Existing customer, you must select the user from the drop-down list and check the user information.
    If you select New user, you must enter the user information.

  6. Click Next.

  7. Automatically, username, first name, surname and display name are suggested, but you are able edit them.

  8. Set a Password. The password must be at least 6 characters, and must include at least one upper case letter, one lower case letter, and one numeric digit.

  9. Disable the access to SharePoint if the user should not have access yet by clicking the On/Off button.

    If you have purchased and activated Hosted Exchange for this domain, you are able to set up an e-mail account within this window.

  10. Check the summary and click Activate if everything is correct, or Previous to go back to change the settings.

The SharePoint account will now be created.

Tip! You are able to Edit or Remove a user by selecting a user in the list and then clicking on the corresponding links. Deleting a SharePoint account does not imply that the corresponding myMamut user will be deleted.

Click on the Password link in order to create a new password for an account.
