CRM - Contact Management - New Contact Person
You can create new contact persons anywhere and at any time with Mamut Online. Registrations made online, as well as locally in your system are continuously being synchronised so the company always has access to up-to-date information.
There are two possibilities for creating a new contact person in Mamut Online. You can create a new contact person from the contact card, for example when you create a new contact, as well as adding the contact person directly to a new contact person card. The below steps describes this. Note that the ability to create a new contact person is dependent on your role. Read more about roles here.
How to create a new contact person
The contact person has now been created. You have the following sections available for further editing.
Main Information
Here you find all the main information such as addresses, contact information, and professional information. |

Other Information
In this section you can register your notes, add the contact person to different groups, and add user-defined fields. |

Activities
All registered activities for this contact person can be viewed and edited here, as well as creating new activities. |

Maps
In the Maps section you can view the contact person's address on a map, as well as enter a travel route. |
