If you would like to evaluate the program or one of the various add-on and extended products you do not have a licence for, you can easily do so. The majority of functions are available for evaluation and we recommend that you use the Example database for all evaluations.
Evaluating for users that do not have a licence
If you are considering purchasing the system, it is possible for you to install the system and evaluate its functions. During the first time startup wizard you select the evaluation version, which will prompt you to select whether to evaluate with your own data or by using the example database. If you have installed the system already but without the example database, you can always install it at a later stage. For more information on this please see below.
The evaluation is applicable for a set number of days and logins.
Evaluating for existing users
If you already purchased and installed the program you may still evaluate both add-on and extended products your current licence does not cover. To do so, you can install the Example database.
If you install the example database as an additional company database in your program, you can evaluate it without limitations in the number of days or log ons.
More about the Example database
The Example database is used for the pictures in our user documentation and other teaching material you receive. It contains ready-made contacts, products, prices, warehouses, a webshop and much more so that you can easily try out different functions without it affecting your own data and without the need for entering any information in order to get started.
