Attachment list
Before invoicing or crediting an invoice you can add PDF-attachments. You add attachment(s) via Mamut Business Software. Then you invoice or credit them via Mamut Business Software.
What you can do here
Via this window you can link attachments to an order. You can also unlink attachments which you don't want to enclose any longer. You can open attachments to view their content and you can edit the document card of the attachments.
Edit: This opens the document card. There you can edit the name and other information.
Open document: This opens the document.
Link: This links a document which is already in your company database to the order. Read more How to attach documents to invoices and credit notes.
It is not possible to attach the same document to different sales orders.
If you need to, you will have to duplicate the document by saving it with
a different name.
Delete link: This detaches a document from an order. The document is not deleted from the company database. Only the link to the order is deleted.
Import document(s): This imports a new document into your database. Read more in How to attach documents to invoices and credit notes.
You will also find system-generated documents in this window (e.g. invoice copies).
